***REVIEW*** Uncovering You by Scarlett Edwards

Uncovering You by Scarlett Edwards

When I wake up in a dark, unfamiliar room, I have no idea what's waiting for me in the shadows. My imagination conjures up demons of the worst kind.

Reality is much worse:

A collar with no leash. A prison with no walls. And a life stripped of meaning.

I am presented with a vile contract and asked to sign. It outlines the terms of my servitude. The only information I have about my captor are the two small letters inked at the bottom:

J.S.

Armed with only my memories, I must do everything I can to avoid becoming ensnared in his twisted mind games. But in the end, it all comes down to one choice:

Resist and die.

Or submit, and sign my life away

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review after hosting her cover reveal.

I read this over the space of a couple of hours. I enjoyed it, it was rather different to books I've read before.

I didn't really know what to expect after reading the blurb but lets say it was a really intriguing read! It kept me hooked and wanting to know who had kidnapped Lily, where she was and why.
The way Lily was kept shocked me a little, and the contract did too. Read it and you'll know what I mean. But I'm glad you find out who is behind it.

Memories from Lily's younger years are a nice input in the story too, will they have more meaning in the second installment though?

I'm looking forward to book 2 :)

Sorry about the Capatcha! I hate it too, but too much spam lately!
